What It's Like to Live in Lincroft

Lincroft is in the southwest corner of Middletown Township. The Garden State Parkway forms its northeast border, with access at Exit 109 and Exit 114, so getting north or south is easy.

Brookdale Community College, the community college of Monmouth County, is here. So is Brookdale Farm, a 228-acre historic district added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2020. High Technology High School, one of two selective public magnet schools in Middletown, sits on the Brookdale campus, and Christian Brothers Academy is a private option in Lincroft.

For a New York commute, the Middletown train station has direct NJ Transit service to Penn Station, usually 65 to 80 minutes depending on the train. The SeaStreak ferry in Highlands is another option.

Most current listings here are single-family homes. On the current MLS list you'll see homes built from the 1960s through the 1990s in subdivisions like Lincroft Farms and Lincroft Meadows, a couple of older homes, and newer condos at Four Ponds. Lincroft is inland, so lagoons and bulkheads are not part of the conversation.
