Defining character: Practical, dense suburban living right next to some of the Jersey Shore's most prestigious beach towns. You get the proximity at a lower price than the coastal boroughs it borders.
Is Spring Lake Heights the Right Fit for You?
Spring Lake Heights works if you want to be close to the beaches and dining in Spring Lake, Sea Girt and Belmar, with a walkable bar and restaurant scene of your own, at a lower price than the oceanfront towns. It's a good match if everyday convenience matters more to you than a beachfront address: commuter rail, highway access, and a small, well-rated school district.
It's a harder fit if you want oceanfront property or Spring Lake's Victorian architectural character. Spring Lake Heights is a separate, more conventional suburban community. Being next door doesn't make it the same kind of town.
