Buyers should also take the borough's own documented climate concerns seriously: increasing coastal flooding days have been recorded, and Shark River-adjacent properties should be evaluated for flood zone status directly.
What It's Really Like to Live in Neptune City
Daily life here is practical and well-connected, a short walk to Belmar's Beach Haus Brewery or 10th Avenue Burrito (made locally famous by a Guy Fieri visit), a short drive to Asbury Park, and genuine Shark River access for kayaking and boating directly from the neighborhood.
